BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA) – BADAGARAJob Summary
Catalyst Education is looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Badagara team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling students and parents, following up with prospective students, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student leads.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Participate in seminars, promotional activities, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with Academic, Marketing, and Branch teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Academic Counselling is an advantage.
- Excellent Malayalam communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
