High-End Real Estate Sales Professional (Outbound) - PurposX

PurposX, a leading real estate firm, is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Professional to join our growing outbound sales team. You will play a key role in connecting with high-net-worth individuals and introducing them to our portfolio of exclusive real estate projects.
High Incentive slabs : Rs 30K to 60K Per month
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified leads and build rapport with potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth research on target demographics and understand high-end client needs.
- Develop a strong understanding of PurposX's project portfolio and effectively pitch the most suitable properties to clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to tailor presentations and maximize sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with developers to schedule site visits and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Negotiate deals, overcome objections, and close sales to achieve ambitious targets.
- Maintain meticulous records and contribute to the creation of sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with high-end clientele.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand market trends and competitor offerings.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (written and spoken).
- A genuine passion for real estate and a desire to learn about new developments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
