We are looking for a polished, high-energy Aesthetic Counsellor to lead our day-to-day operations and drive patient treatment conversions. If you have a passion for medical aesthetics, a track record of hitting sales targets, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Patient Counseling & Sales: Conduct detailed consultations to explain advanced skin, laser, and injectable treatments, converting inquiries into customized, long-term treatment packages.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly clinic revenue targets through ethical upselling, cross-selling and retail skincare recommendations.
- Operational Control: Manage clinic inventory, ensure strict hygiene/compliance standards, and resolve any patient concerns gracefully.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Do you have a Deep Knowledge of treatments like chemical peels, lasers (hair reduction/pigmentation), Botox, fillers, and advanced facials.
- Tech Savvy: Experience using clinic management software or CRM tools.
