- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software deliverables with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing legacy code to improve system performance.
- Ability to design modular and maintainable code for complex business applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Competence in analyzing system requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Additional Information:
