Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle telecalling and customer follow-ups
- Explain tourism and travel services to clients
- Attend customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain office records and customer data
- Support daily office management activities
- Coordinate with customers and internal team
- Manage email communication professionally
- Ensure smooth front office operations
Candidate Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates from Kozhikode/Calicut area preferred
