Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Consultant (Finance) to support financial analysis, project appraisal, and advisory assignments across diverse industries. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and evaluating financial models, drafting DPR, IM, TEV & LIE reports, conducting due diligence, and providing financial insights for debt syndication, restructuring, and project feasibility. The role involves close interaction with banks, NBFCs, and corporate clients to deliver end-to-end consulting services.

Experience Level: 5+ Years
Required Qualification:
- CA / ICWA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years’ experience with CA firms, consultancy firms, syndication, NBFCs, banks (corporate banking), or finance divisions of mid-size companies.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling for project finance.
- Knowledge of DPR, IM, TEV & LIE reports and RBI guidelines related to lending.
- Hands-on exposure to balance sheet analysis, project appraisal, and risk evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Modelling & Analysis
- Prepare independent financial models for diverse industries.
- Assess project assumptions (cost, capacity, utilization, rates, etc.) and verify client financials.
- Conduct ratio analysis, interpret results, and provide justifications.
2. Project Appraisal & Reporting
- Draft and review TEV (Techno-Economic Viability) and LIE (Lender Independent Engineer) reports.
- Provide financial chapters and inputs for detailed project reports (DPR).
- Support loan syndication, debt restructuring, and end-use certification activities.
3. Due Diligence & Compliance
- Perform technical and financial due diligence.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and banking guidelines.
- Assist in risk evaluation and credit assessment.
4. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Interact with clients, bankers, and consultants for discussions and clarifications.
- Participate in site visits, meetings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with domain experts to validate technical inputs.
