Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Running Account (RA) bills and final bills for interior projects
- Verify measurements at site and maintain Measurement Books (MB)
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and site conditions
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors for billing inputs
- Check and certify subcontractor/vendor bills as per work executed
- Perform rate analysis for non-BOQ items and variation orders
- Track project costs and maintain billing records
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and payment milestones
- Assist in preparing variation statements and claims
- Reconcile quantities and costs with clients and consultants
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and materials
- Good command of MS Excel (formulas, quantity sheets, billing formats)
- Understanding of contracts, BOQ, and tender documents
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Good communication and coordination skills
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out billing
