Job Title: Associate Dentist – Retail

Job Summary:
makeO (Toothsi) is looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Associate Dentist for our Retail Centres. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment while balancing clinical expertise, customer interaction, and business objectives. The candidate will be responsible for consultations, minor dental procedures, store operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct teeth alignment consultations and intraoral scans for customers
- Assist orthodontists in aligner procedures and treatment-related processes
- Perform minor dental procedures such as scaling, fillings, and OPG assistance
- Recommend oral hygiene, teeth whitening, and related dental care products
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure a smooth patient journey
- Manage day-to-day store responsibilities and support operational activities
- Contribute towards achieving store-level sales and business targets
- Coordinate with clinical and operations teams for seamless customer onboarding
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) – Mandatory
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills
- Energetic, confident, and adaptable personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Work Schedule:
- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
