Job Title: Content Creator (Reels & Video Editing)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can ideate, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels). The candidate must be comfortable working on-site and handling end-to-end video production. This is not a freelance role—the candidate will be required to work from the office location.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging and trend-based video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Plan, shoot, and edit videos as per brand requirements
Stay updated with social media trends and implement creative ideas
Handle video editing using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
Collaborate with the marketing team for content planning and execution
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
Manage basic lighting, camera setup, and audio during shoots
Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation and video editing
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Hands-on experience with video editing software
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work on-site (mandatory)
Portfolio of reels/videos is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling brand or corporate social media accounts
Basic knowledge of photography and videography
Understanding of current digital marketing trends
Important Note:
This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
