Job Summary:
Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-driven Zonal Head – North Kerala to lead sales and business development across North Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales leadership, team management, customer acquisition, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development across assigned territories.
- Achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.
- Monitor sales pipeline, market trends, and team performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Travel extensively across North Kerala.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Kerala market is preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in the Solar/Renewable Energy industry are highly encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹85,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
