About the Role: We are looking for energetic self-driven Sales Managers to build and grow our business across assigned regions. The role focuses on driving sales for Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA) systems, 2-Way Talkback systems, and AI-powered video analytics for surveillance systems.
This role is ideal for professionals who are looking to take the next step in their sales career, with a mix off end user management, key account management, partner management, and business development responsibilities.
Key Responsibility:
- Identifying new opportunities, preparing quotations, follow up, negotiation and closure.
- Achieve sales targets through channel partners, consultants and direct opportunities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with system integrators, consultants, MEP consultants, general contractor and key end customers
- Working across various vertical like corporate, GCC’s, BFSI, transportation, government, data centers, oil & gas, manufacturing & industries, Pharma, hospitality
- Product positioning and sales of PAVA, talkback systems, and AI video analytics solutions
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution discussions and closures
- Maintain and manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, CRM management, reporting.
- Participate in product demos, partner meetings, and training sessions & lead marketing activities happening at assigned region.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Key Requirements:
- 2- 4 years of experience in sales managing PAVA, 2 Way Talkback and AI video analytics platform
- Exposure to channel and project sales
- Basic understanding of safety & communication system, surveillance and security solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
- Open to travel within the assigned region
Prequalifications:
Engineering background (Electronics / Electrical / IT Preferred) and MBA (will be added advantage)
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
