Forge India Connect Pvt Ltd is hiring candidates for Medical Billing / AR Caller roles with leading MNCs in Chennai and Bangalore. Training and placement support will be provided to eligible candidates.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calling and follow-up activities.
- Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare-related clients.
- Follow up on pending claims and payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records and update claim/payment information.
- Handle calls professionally and communicate effectively with clients.
- Complete the required training and interview process.
- Work according to the assigned shift and process requirements.
Eligibility
- Any Degree / PU candidates can apply.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates with a career gap of up to 3 years after PU/Degree can apply.
- Freshers and candidates looking to restart their careers are welcome.
- Candidates should be quick learners and willing to work in a target/process-oriented environment.
Job Locations
Shift Details
- 8-hour shift
- Shift window: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
- Fixed weekly offs: Saturday & Sunday
Work Mode
Work From Office – Monday to Friday
Salary
₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Take Home)
Training & Placement
- Online training will be provided before joining.
- Training will be provided approximately 3–5 days before the Date of Joining (DOJ) after the offer letter is released.
- The recruitment team will support candidates throughout the interview process.
- Support will be provided during the initial 3 months after joining in case of job change or training-related requirements.
