About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong science or pharmaceutical background with 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or account management, preferably within a healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical communications, or digital marketing agency environment.
The role requires managing multiple client projects, coordinating with internal teams, engaging with healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing and medical education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely project execution.Maintain project documentation, status reports, trackers, and performance metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination among medical writers, designers, marketing teams, operations teams, and clients.
- Coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical experts, and professional associations.
- Manage association partnerships and engagement activities.
- Online Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs
- Webinars and virtual events
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Scientific content and print materials
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Requirements Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related healthcare discipline.Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Project Coordination, or Project Management.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical communications, or digital marketing agency is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of the medico-marketing and healthcare communication landscape.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing processes and CME development.
- Excellent project coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Strong networking, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
