POSITION SUMMARY:
We are searching for Sr. Clerk-S&OP who possesses the operational and leadership skills to operate effectively in a matrix environment and have confidence in driving aggressive growth plans. The person should have a consultative and collaborative style, proven track record / achievement. THE ROLE
This role is responsible for supporting planning process as per global practices coordinating with departments, clarifying deviations, ensuring quality production meeting statutory regulations, and managing facility and 5S implementation. strategies and actions plans to achieve the organizational goals. together with Global functional leaders (i.e. Innovation, Operations, Finance, HR, IT and Supply Chain) to achieve overall organization’s objectives. In addition this role would have to liaise with Multi-discipline team including support functions, to delight our Internal and External stakeholders.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned beyond the core functions listed below.
The responsibilities of the role are to implement the required action plan, manage involves controlling, organizing, and monitoring production operations to meet targets, implementing corrective actions, and developing recovery plans for delays activities to support efforts to achieve the productivity plan.
The assigned territories include Fluid Power businesses in India. The specific responsibilities will fall into three primary areas:
Maximum 3 pointers per accountability
Accountability #1: Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders)
Ensuring optimum utilization of available production capacities.
Ensuring timely release of schedules to production lines.
Export sales order booking, handling customer queries as per defined departmental objectives.
Ensuring on time deliveries as per requested/committed ship dates.
Accountability #2: Process / Performance
Monthly/Weekly material requirements with procurement.
Shipment commitment on monthly basis to Sales.
Ensuring coordination with CFT for timely availability of required resources.
Responsible for ensuring shelf life tracking of compounds and required actions accordingly.
Accountability #3: People
Yearly/Monthly export sales planning, sales tracking.
Yearly/monthly capacity planning (demand vs. manufacturing capacity available).
Container offer & approval from customers.
Customer order tracking & reconciliation.
MIS report creation (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
Job card request handling.
InterCo FG inventory control.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent reports to Manager S&OP & operate as an Individual contributor.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS/ QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
This person must have at least 2-5 years hands on experience in in S&OP activities in the assigned countries or region.
Graduate.
2-5 years of related work experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Sound knowledge of Shop floor planning, forecasting techniques.
Good Planning and Organizing Capabilities.
Effective Time and Resource Management Skills.
