Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided data
- Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
- Explain property features, pricing, and location benefits
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and feedback
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry (preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
