We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist to join our US-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for both front-end/back-end WordPress development and execution of robust SEO strategies to drive organic traffic. You will play a crucial role in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
Note: This is a permanent night shift position to align with US working hours.
Key Responsibilities
WordPress Development:
- Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performing WordPress websites.
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and custom code (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ensure website security, speed, performance optimization, and regular updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site bugs, broken links, and technical issues.
SEO & Google Analytics:
- Setup, manage, and audit Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, conversions, and create actionable performance reports.
- Execute both On-Page SEO (meta tags, site structure, content optimization) and Technical SEO (site speed, schema markup, indexation).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content and development strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in WordPress Development and Technical SEO.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Analytics Mastery: Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
- SEO Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast/RankMath, and Screaming Frog.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills (essential for coordinating with the US team).
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working 100% Night Shifts on a permanent basis.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
