Role: Executive Assistant (Remote)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support daily business operations remotely. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience in team management, lead generation, scheduling, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle team communication and task follow-ups.
- Generate and maintain sales leads through online research and outreach.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and business partners.
- Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and calendars.
- Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in team coordination or executive assistance.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
