We are hiring for Project Manager(PMC) (Only from Commercial Corporate Interior- Fitout Background) -
(Commercial Offices Interior-Fitout Site Management End to End Experience is a must)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects (planning, execution, handover).
- Plan, budget, schedule, and allocate resources effectively.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Oversee procurement, review materials and shop drawings.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality during execution.
- Track costs, approve invoices/change orders, and manage financial risks.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and handle documentation.
- Lead risk assessment, mitigation, and problem resolution.
- Manage project closure: warranty, documentation handover, client sign-off.
