About the Role
Ignis Careers Pvt. Ltd. is a social enterprise committed to helping students build strong English communication and life skills. We are looking for passionate and experienced English Trainers who enjoy working with school students through interactive, activity-based learning.
As an English Trainer, you will conduct engaging classroom sessions, help students improve their speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills, and create a positive learning environment. You will also integrate life skills into your sessions, making learning practical and meaningful for students.
Since our partner schools are located across different parts of Hyderabad, trainers should be comfortable traveling to the assigned schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive English and Life Skills sessions in schools.
- Use activity-based and student-centered teaching methods to make learning engaging.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with learning objectives.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage students to build confidence in communicating in English.
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Coordinate with school staff and the Ignis team to ensure effective program delivery.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of teaching experience in schools, preferably in early childhood or primary education.
- Experience teaching in English-medium classrooms.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.
- Familiarity with activity-based or experiential learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage learners from diverse backgrounds with patience and empathy.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel to schools across Hyderabad.

Pay: ₹24,728.91 - ₹32,422.11 per month
