The role requires strong knowledge and practical experience in HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), PTW (Permit to Work) system, PPE compliance, TBT (Tool Box Talk), work at height safety, excavation safety, hot work activities, confined space entry procedures, lifting operations, scaffold inspection, and emergency response management. Key responsibilities include conducting routine safety inspections and audits, monitoring day-to-day construction activities, identifying unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements, conducting safety inductions and toolbox talks, maintaining safety documentation and reports, and investigating incidents, accidents, and near misses with implementation of corrective and preventive actions. The candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills with prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects. NEBOSH, IOSH, Diploma in Industrial Safety, or equivalent safety certifications will be preferred
