- Coordinating the dispatch and delivery of goods
- Communicating with supervisors, and other personnel to relay information and resolve issues
- Monitoring the movement of goods
- Organizing the deployment strategy based on the urgency of requests and field personnel
- Advising customers on order information and delivery policies
- Verifying items shipped by matching bills of lading and reconciling quantities
