1. Sales & Customer Service
- Drive showroom sales to achieve monthly and seasonal targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Assist key customers such as institutions, schools, and bulk buyers.
2. Team Management
- Supervise and guide showroom sales staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback.
3. Showroom Operations
- Oversee daily showroom functioning including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and ERP entries.
- Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with HR for staffing and performance issues.
4. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of fast-moving uniform items.
- Coordinate with warehouse/production for stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure proper display and storage of uniforms.
5. Visual Merchandising
- Ensure attractive and organized product displays.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall showroom appearance.
- Implement seasonal displays (e.g., school reopening/uniform season).
6. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, tailoring, and dispatch teams for order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
- Track customer orders, alterations, and delivery timelines.
- Report showroom issues and improvements to management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Retail Management or relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience in retail showroom management (textiles/uniform industry preferred)
- Experience in handling seasonal high-volume sales is an advantage
