An HVAC AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Sales role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems to ensure that the client's needs are met and that service agreements are properly structured.
Key responsibilities
· Prospect for new leads and maintain regular contact with existing customers to generate inquiries for AMC business.
· Conduct site visits to evaluate client HVAC systems and understand their specific maintenance requirements.
· Prepare and present customized AMC proposals and quotes based on client needs.
· Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve business targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and contract retention.
· Process service orders, maintain accurate records, and update CRM systems.
· Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
· Coordinate with internal teams, such as engineers and service coordinators, to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
Required skills and qualifications
· Bachelors degree in Mechanical or related field.
· Have minimum 3-5 year experience in AMC sales.
· Strong sales and negotiation skills.
· In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, package units, and ventilation systems.
· Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to understand technical specifications, drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
· Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Experience in HVAC or other electromechanical services is often required.
