Daily Accounting
- Record daily sales and purchase entries in Tally/Zoho Books.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledgers.
- Verify retail, Shopify, and marketplace sales.
- Record expenses and journal entries.
Bank & Payment Reconciliation
- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile UPI, POS, Razorpay, and payment gateway settlements.
- Verify Shopify payouts and cash collections.
Vendor & Purchase Management
- Enter purchase invoices.
- Match supplier invoices with purchase orders.
- Maintain vendor ledgers.
- Prepare vendor payment schedules.
Receivables
- Track customer payments.
- Follow up on pending receivables (if applicable).
- Maintain customer ledgers.
GST & Documentation
- Prepare GST data for the Chartered Accountant.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.
- Organize invoices and accounting documents.
- Assist with audits.
Inventory Coordination
- Match inventory purchases with accounts.
- Verify stock adjustment entries.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock reconciliation.
Expense Management
- Record petty cash expenses.
- Verify employee reimbursements.
- Maintain monthly expense reports.
MIS Reporting
Prepare:
- Daily Sales Report
- Daily Collection Report
- Monthly Expense Summary
- Vendor Outstanding Report
- Customer Outstanding Report
- Cash Flow Summary
Required Skills
- B.Com (preferred)
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of Tally Prime or Zoho Books
- Good MS Excel skills
- Basic GST knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
