The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Engineer with strong expertise in Workday integrations along with hands-on experience in SnapLogic and enterprise integration tools such as Azure API Management and Power Automate.
In this role, you will support enterprise Workday implementations by designing, developing, and managing integrations across multiple systems and environments.
You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive integration development, system enhancements, and large-scale rollout initiatives, ensuring seamless and secure data flow across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Integrations (60%)
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio)
- Support inbound and outbound integrations across HCM, Finance, and external systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business and integration requirements
- Participate in QA/UAT testing cycles and ensure production readiness
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integration workflows
- Ensure secure and compliant data flow across Workday integrations
SnapLogic & Enterprise Integrations (40%)
- Design, develop, and maintain SnapLogic integration pipelines
- Manage SnapLogic artifacts including pipelines, snaps, configurations, and endpoints
- Perform data transformation, API integrations, and file transfers (SFTP)
- Work with Azure API Management for API lifecycle management and governance
- Develop workflows using Power Automate for automation use cases
- Implement REST/SOAP APIs and handle JSON/XML data formats
- Ensure secure integration practices, including authentication and encryption
What You Need:
- At least 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integration technologies (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
- Experience in SnapLogic integration development
- Hands-on experience with Azure API Management
- Experience with Power Automate / Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of API integrations, JSON, XML, REST/SOAP
- Exposure to data transformation, middleware tools, and cloud integrations
- Experience in QA/UAT testing cycles and production deployments
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline
