JD for Project Management & Operations Analyst
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage GPF project in IPMS, including billing and timesheet approvals.

Ensure timely and accurate invoice submission.

Drive weekly team meetings to track KPI progress and align Operation priorities.

Customer and Internal Governance Meeting Actions and Follow-up till completion of Actions

Maintain GPF Project Health above 95%
-
Responsible for appearing in Internal Quality Audit [IQA] and Keep Internal Quality Audit Score above 90% and Close NC Actions within timeline [if any]
-
Evaluate & Monitor existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
-
Maintain each individual Technical Depth Analysis [TDA]

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.

Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities.
-
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership visibility.
-
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis initiatives.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational enhancements
-
Closely work with SAG Leaders and Engagement Owners for strategic plan and proactive proposal.

Maintain Record for the entire team [Hiring Dashboard, On-boarding and Off-boarding, Capability, Case Studies, Training Records, Knowledge Sharing Records]

Enabling Support during customer visit
Required Qualifications
-
Project management experience with PMP Certified
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., VB, Power BI, Tableau)
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
