We are looking for an Outreach and Partnerships Specialist who would oversee the planning and implementation of outreach strategies. They are primarily responsible for connecting people to the broader community by creating partnership agreements and cultivating relationships with businesses, individuals, and other relevant organisations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to target audiences as per project requirements, including students, working professionals, and startups.
- Connect with diverse communities, startups, and professionals in various technology domains such as AI/ML, Python, AR/VR, Fintech, etc.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to source relevant data for target audiences.
- Formulate outreach plans to effectively engage with the identified audiences via email, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and community events (e.g., meet-ups).
- Establish partnerships with communities, startups, colleges, and professionals to encourage their participation.
- Take full accountability for meeting registration targets by identifying, approaching, and engaging the correct audience segments.
- Utilise a data-driven approach to continuously refine strategies for optimal audience response.
- Draft and design compelling communication materials, including emails, messages, and presentation slides, for outreach and partnership initiatives. 9. Ensure that all communication aligns with the organisation's brand and effectively communicates the value proposition of events.
- Oversee all deliverables to reach on time.
