As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Growth & Partnerships Associate who is eager to learn, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of an innovative startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers and partners
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Present Agremate’s solutions to prospective customers
- Support business growth and partnership initiatives
- Gather customer feedback and market insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, customer-facing roles, or related fields
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
