Job Description:-
Ø The prime role of the assistant manager is to work towards the achievement of the sales target for oneself and the aligned team.
Ø He/she should touch base with all the assigned leads on a daily basis as per the target given and also ensure the supporting team should do the same.
Ø Increase the touch points on calls that include cold calling also, to increase the reach.
Ø Help the aligned team members and assist the BM in achieving the target overall targets of the Study overseas.
Ø Help the branch manager to monitor departmental performance and submit the required reports to the BM assigned by the BM.
Ø In the absence of BM, give operational support to the branch in case required.
Ø Reports to the branch Manager are responsible for increasing the branch's client base and revenues.
Ø Adhering to the work policies, and ethics of the organization.
Ø Give additional support to the BM in case of extended support in Mkt activity.

Year of Experience:- 2 yrs to 3 yrs
Qualification:- Any Graduate
Ø Required Skills/Abilities:
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ø Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats.
Ø Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ø Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.
Ø Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and present various performance and management reports.
