As a Tele-Collections Executive, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring effective communication with clients to recover outstanding debts. Your role is critical in maintaining healthy financial ecosystems for both our clients and the company. We value integrity, persistence and excellent communication skills in our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contact customers via phone to discuss overdue payments and establish viable payment solutions.
· Maintain accurate records of all communication and transactions with clients.
· Collaborate with the operations team to strategize and improve debt recovery processes.
· Identify potential risks and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during all interactions.
· Meet and exceed monthly collection targets while upholding the company’s standards.
Skills Required:
· Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Languages Required:
· Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Required Qualifications:
· Any Undergraduate or Graduates are eligible to apply.
· Both freshers and people with work experience are eligible to apply.
