MGA Medical Global Academy provides online and offline medical education courses and hospital training programs for doctors, medical professionals, and healthcare learners across India and international markets.
We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Representative who can communicate with prospective students/professionals, understand their requirements, build trust, follow up effectively and convert qualified leads into admissions.

Job Type: Full Time | Day Shift
Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 + Performance Incentives
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 Years | Freshers are welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective candidates.
- Counsel prospects about our medical courses and training programs.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build strong relationships and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Handle questions, objections and basic negotiations professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and admissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth candidate onboarding.
- Communicate professionally with Indian and international clients.
What We're Looking For
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic to good English communication.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong interest in sales, counselling and customer handling.
- Confident personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Good follow-up and sales-closing mindset.
- Target-oriented, punctual and disciplined.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Education Sales or Counselling is an advantage.
