CKARIN MEDREC is looking for a skilled and experienced Technician / Service Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of optical surgical cameras and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test optical surgical cameras and related equipment.
- Perform regular servicing, maintenance, and inspection of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Repair and replace faulty components when required.
- Visit customer locations, hospitals, clinics, and other institutions for installation and service support.
- Provide basic technical guidance and product training to customers and users.
- Maintain service reports and records of installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure equipment is functioning properly and meets required performance standards.
- Maintain proper knowledge of new products, technologies, and servicing procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Technician, Service Engineer, or Technical Support Executive is preferred.
- Good knowledge of electronic, electrical, optical, or technical equipment.
- Experience in servicing surgical cameras, optical equipment, or similar technical devices will be an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle on-site service calls.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and service requirements.
