Job Summary:
Operator Trainee will be trained to operate production machines, follow work instructions, maintain quality standards, and support daily production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and operate production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Perform machine loading, unloading, and basic operating activities.
- Follow production targets and quality requirements.
- Inspect products and report defects to supervisors.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Follow safety rules and company policies.
- Assist senior operators and production team members.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Support preventive maintenance activities by reporting machine issues.
Skills & Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
- Good discipline and teamwork skills.
- Freshers/Degree can apply.
