Job Summary
The Tender & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the complete tender lifecycle along with overseeing operational execution of facility management and security service contracts. The role ensures successful bid submissions and smooth service delivery after contract award.
Key ResponsibilitiesTender Management
- Identify tender opportunities on GeM and e-procurement portals
- Prepare technical and commercial bids
- Manage end-to-end tender documentation
- Coordinate with finance, HR, and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements
- Prepare costing and pricing sheets
- Maintain tender records and MIS reports
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of security and facility management services
- Ensure deployment of manpower as per contracts
- Monitor service quality and client satisfaction
- Handle client coordination and issue resolution
- Manage attendance, compliance, and reporting
- Conduct site visits and performance reviews
- Ensure statutory and safety compliance
- Support billing and contract execution

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
