Job Overview
As a Tele-Sales Executive at Sai Dresses, your primary responsibility will be to convert inbound leads and inquiries into successful sales. Instead of traditional cold calling, you will leverage WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, and WhatsApp Video Calls to showcase our collection, build relationships with retail/wholesale clients, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Connect with potential customers and warm leads to convert inquiries into successful orders.
- Product Pitching: Understand the client’s requirements and showcase our premium Kurti and Three-Piece sets collections via WhatsApp, calls, or video calls.
- Relationship Management: Maintain constant touch with regular clients via WhatsApp to share new arrivals, catalogs, and seasonal offers.
- International Client Interaction: Assist in managing queries and closing sales for our export orders.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Keep track of customer interactions, feedback, and sales pipelines
- Order Closure: Follow up diligently with leads, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close bulk orders.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
