Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with international patients through calls and virtual meetings
- Understand patient requirements and guide them through the process
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for at every stage
- Coordinate with internal teams to address patient needs and concerns
- Build trust and maintain positive patient relationships
- Support smooth communication between patients and the KareTrip team
Requirements
- Strong spoken English communication skills
- 1–3 years of experience in patient relations, customer support, business development, or client-facing roles
- Confidence in handling international conversations across different time zones
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a patient-first approach
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage follow-ups effectively
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
