We are looking for a dynamic Hospital Operations & New Projects Lead to oversee day-to-day hospital operations and drive new healthcare initiatives/projects. The role involves improving operational efficiency, coordinating with clinical and non-clinical teams, managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of expansion and new hospital setup projects. The candidate will monitor quality, patient experience, compliance, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates should have strong leadership, project management, and healthcare operations experience with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 8–10 years in hospital operations/new hospital project management
Qualification: MBA Healthcare / MHA / Hospital Administration or related field
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
