Job Summary
The Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day operational activities across consultancy projects, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, client coordination, documentation management, vendor follow-ups, and project tracking. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Execution
- Assist in managing ongoing consultancy and pre-opening projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Maintain project trackers and monitor progress against timelines.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and project review discussions.
Client Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for operational queries from clients.
- Follow up with clients for required documents, approvals, and project-related information.
- Prepare and share project updates, reports, and status summaries.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, proposals, and operational records.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), project reports, and operational updates.
- Ensure proper filing and record management of all consultancy-related documents.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Track procurement requirements and follow up on deliverables.
- Support vendor onboarding and documentation processes.
Site Visits & Operational Audits
- Conduct site visits as required to monitor project progress.
- Assist in operational audits and compliance checks.
- Prepare audit observations and follow-up action plans.
Data Management & Analysis
- Maintain operational databases and project trackers.
- Generate periodic reports and MIS dashboards.
- Analyze operational data and provide insights for process improvement.
Administrative Support
- Support travel planning, meeting arrangements, and event coordination.
- Ensure timely communication between departments and stakeholders.
- Assist senior management with operational and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, consultancy, or project coordination.
- Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of project tracking and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or F&B consulting.
- Knowledge of restaurant pre-opening processes.
- Familiarity with vendor management and procurement coordination.
- Experience with CRM, project management, or ERP systems.
