Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM)
- Analyze and resolve functional issues raised by business users
- Perform system configuration and setup changes as required
- Support period-end and year-end closing activities
- Review and optimize financial processes and workflows
- Coordinate with the technical team on integrations and data fixes
- Advise on best practices within Oracle Fusion Financials
Technical / Functional Skills Required
- Hands-on functional configuration experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Understanding of period-close and financial reporting cycles
- Ability to translate business issues into system configuration changes
- Experience coordinating with technical/integration teams
Preferred Experience Level
Mid-to-Senior (5–8 years)
- 5–8 years in Oracle Fusion (or EBS-to-Fusion transitioned) Financials functional consulting
- At least one full implementation or major support engagement spanning GL/AP/AR/FA/CM
- Given this is a part-time offshore support role (4 hrs/day) rather than a full implementation lead, a solid functional consultant profile is sufficient — a Financials Lead/Architect level is not required unless scope grows
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
