Site Engineer | AZ Concepts design+build | India & UAE
AZ Concepts design+build (AZC Group) executes turnkey interior fit-out projects — government and private — across India, with practices spanning Architecture, Interior Fit-Out, Turnkey Contracting, and Furniture Manufacturing at our own facility in AMB (HP).
You will run project sites end to end for a company that controls the entire chain: our studio produces the drawings, our factory produces the furniture, and you deliver it on site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end site execution across phases: civil, electrical, plumbing, furniture installation, finishing
- Daily site management: manpower planning, subcontractor coordination, work-front sequencing
- Material control: indents against project BOQ, delivery verification, site stock, phase-wise consumption records (live digital stock system — training provided)
- Measurements and billing: measurement books, subcontractor bill checking, RA bill support on government projects
- Stage-wise QC with photo documentation; snag-list closure before handover
- Coordination of factory dispatches and installation teams
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma — Civil
- 2–5 years of site experience with a minimum of 1 year in interior fit-out (mandatory)
- Working command of BOQs, measurement books, and billing fundamentals; government running-bill exposure is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Own two-wheeler; willingness to be deployed across Tri-city, Punjab, and HP
