Job Role
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
- Update customer records and document interactions accurately.
Eligibility
- Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers are welcome)
- Good communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and typing knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
