We are looking for a curious, observant, and detail-oriented Field Research Associate (Healthcare) to conduct field visits, interact with Village Health Practitioners (VHPs) and other healthcare stakeholders, and document healthcare practices. This is a research-focused role, not a sales position.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit Village Health Practitioners (VHPs), clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities.
- Observe healthcare practices and document findings accurately.
- Conduct interviews and collect qualitative and quantitative data.
- Prepare detailed field reports after each visit.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Identify healthcare trends, challenges, and opportunities from field observations.
- Collaborate with the research team to improve data quality.
- Use digital tools and AI-based applications for documentation and reporting.
- Travel regularly to assigned field locations.
Eligibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Public Health (BPH)
- B.Sc. Nursing
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- BDS / BAMS / BHMS
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Sociology / Anthropology / Rural Development graduates
