Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive who can build meaningful client connections while managing communication across platforms, including social media. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, multitasking, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand customer needs and provide personalized support
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Client Communication & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns
Resolve issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at every touchpoint
Social Media & Customer Interaction
Manage customer interactions across social media platforms
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain brand tone and enhance customer engagement online
Customer Onboarding & Assistance
Assist new customers with onboarding and product/service understanding
Guide customers to maximize value from offerings
Sales Support & Growth Opportunities
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Support sales efforts through strong client relationships
Data Tracking & Feedback
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels
Share insights to improve products, services, and customer experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Freshers are welcome to apply
Strong communication skills in English (preferred)
Good understanding of social media platforms
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
