Process monthly payroll for employees, including housekeeping, security, technicians, and administrative staff.

Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, and salary inputs before payroll processing.

Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Manage statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, and Labour Welfare Fund.

Prepare and maintain payroll reports, salary registers, and MIS reports.

Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.

Process Full & Final (F&F) settlements for resigned employees.

Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for employee data updates.

Maintain employee payroll records and statutory documentation.

Experience Required: 3+ years in Payroll, preferably in Residential Apartments, Property Management, or Facility Management Services (FMS).
