Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive design proposals for managed office space projects.
- Ensure that design implementation aligns with client objectives, brand identity, and functional requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Ensure all design work adheres to relevant building codes, regulatory standards, and sustainability practices.
- Produce and review detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and other industry-standard design tools.
- Coordinate team resources effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-6 years of proven experience in designing and delivering commercial office spaces.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of design and presentation tools such as SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of commercial design standards, space optimization, and workplace strategy.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹9,323.54 - ₹28,000.00 per month
