Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive to promote our financial services and bring in new customers for Gold Loan, FD, and RD products.
The candidate will be responsible for visiting local areas, explaining our services, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Visit nearby towns, shops, and villages to promote services
- Generate new customers for Gold Loan, FD, and RD schemes
- Explain loan process and investment benefits clearly
- Collect customer leads and follow up regularly
- Build good relationships with local shopkeepers and individuals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Report daily activity to branch manager
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Tamil preferred)
- Basic understanding of finance products (training will be provided)
- Ability to work in field / outdoor marketing
- Convincing and confident speaking
- Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
Qualification:
- 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Salary:
- Fixed salary + Incentives (based on performance)
