Position: HR Executive
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Shift Timings: 09:15 AM – 06:30 PM (Shift arrangements must be adaptable based on workload.)

Overview
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR Executive – Compliance to manage statutory compliances, payroll coordination, and core HR operations. The role will ensure full adherence to labour laws, accurate payroll processing, and smooth handling of employee records, while supporting HR policies, employee queries, and internal processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of statutory requirements, high accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable statutes.
- Prepare, verify, and submit statutory returns and filings within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for inspections, audits, and compliance matters.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, challans, records, and compliance documentation.
- Handle employee queries related to statutory deductions, benefits, and payroll components.
- Process and validate monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure statutory deductions are correct before payroll closure.
- Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and internal checks.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR operational support.
- Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare, verify, and process expenses, incentives, budgets, and other employee payments.
- Coordinate with field staff for timely collection and verification of expense, incentive, and budget data.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Experience in payroll processing and statutory filings.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and HRMS / payroll systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR compliance and payroll.
