Job Summary
Path Creator Tutorial is looking for a dedicated and passionate Science Faculty to teach students effectively and help them build strong conceptual understanding in Science subjects. The ideal candidate should be capable of teaching students with clarity, conducting regular assessments, and improving academic performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics, Chemistry, and Life Science / General Science to students
- Create and deliver easy-to-understand lesson plans
- Conduct regular class tests, mock exams, and doubt-clearing sessions
- Prepare notes, worksheets, assignments, and question papers
- Focus on concept building and exam-oriented preparation
- Monitor student performance and share feedback with management/parents
- Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement
- Support students in school exam preparation and board-level concepts
- Collaborate with the academic team for syllabus planning and batch scheduling
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Science stream
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Good communication and teaching skills
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Prior teaching/coaching experience preferred
- Freshers with strong subject expertise can also apply
Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years of teaching experience in coaching institutes, schools, or private tuition
- Experience in handling secondary and higher secondary students will be preferred
