We are a podcast post-production agency with a small, dedicated team of five professionals. We work with podcasters, entrepreneurs, coaches, and content creators, helping them transform long-form content into engaging short-form videos for social media.
We are looking for a talented and trend-aware Freelance Reels & Shorts Editor to join our growing team on an ongoing basis.
Position Overview
This is a remote freelance position for someone who understands modern short-form content and can create engaging, high-retention videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
You should be comfortable working within established workflows, receiving feedback, and adapting your editing style to different clients and brands.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of video editing experience OR a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills
- Must be proficient in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (latest versions)
- Must provide at least 5–6 samples of short-form content you've edited
- Strong understanding of current social media editing trends
- Experience with captions, motion graphics, transitions, zooms, sound effects, and visual storytelling
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and editing instructions
- Reliable internet connection and ability to communicate regularly
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a small team

Turnaround Time
Projects typically require a turnaround time of 24–48 hours, depending on complexity.
Compensation
- ₹1,000 per completed reel
- Opportunity to earn ₹10,000+ per month from the start
