We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing daily business operations, strategic priorities, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth executive workflows, effective communication, and timely execution of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and other business documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and follow up on pending action items.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments, teams, and external stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, maintain records, and ensure efficient execution of operational tasks.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support leadership in administrative and operational activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in executive assistance, business operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
